now, why can't he be held responsible for those deaths? Had he yelled 'fire' in a crowed room and 15 people were trampled, he could be held responsible.. right?
My point exactly. He's no different than the getaway driver in a bank robbery where someone's killed, or any other kind of collateral damage shooting.
